How to Start

Starting a production order with Axvexora follows a straightforward process. Here is what to expect from initial contact through to delivery of your materials.

The production process

Each order follows the same structured process. The steps below apply to all material types, though the specifics of each step vary depending on what you are ordering.

01

Initial Contact

Use the contact form or reach us by phone or email. Describe the type of materials you need, the approximate quantity and your project timeline. You do not need final files at this stage.

02

Consultation and Scope

We review your requirements and ask any clarifying questions. We confirm what we can produce, the production timeline and what information we need from you to proceed. You receive a clear description of the scope.

03

File Submission and Review

You submit your technical files, brand guidelines and any reference materials. We review everything and confirm that production can proceed, or flag any issues that need to be resolved before we begin.

04

Production

We produce your materials according to the agreed specifications. For complex items such as scale models, we may share progress photographs for your review at key stages.

05

Quality Check and Dispatch

Completed materials are checked against specifications before packaging. We coordinate delivery to your location and confirm dispatch details with you.

Information useful for your first contact

  • Type of material needed (model, plans, signage, kit)
  • Project name and general location
  • Approximate quantity or dimensions
  • Intended use (sales room, investor meeting, site office)
  • Delivery region and general timeline

You do not need to have all files ready to make first contact. A general description of your needs is enough to begin the conversation.

What to know for each material type

Scale Models

Require architectural drawings or 3D files. Production time is longer than flat printed materials. Fragile items that need specialist packaging. Discuss scale and display context before confirming.

Large-Format Plans

Require PDF, DWG or high-resolution source files. Confirm the scale at which you need them printed. Multiple copies can be produced at the same time. Substrate options affect durability and finish.

Site Signage

Dimensions and mounting method need to be confirmed. Provide brand guidelines and any regulatory requirements for your project location. Weather-resistant materials are used for exterior installations.

Presentation Kits

Define the contents list before production begins. Each element within the kit has its own file requirements. Kits are assembled and checked as a complete unit before dispatch.
